Beef and pork Salchichon snack sticks and pork Chorizo snack sticks are two products students from MSABD are entering in the product competition at the 85th Annual American Convention of Meat Processors and Suppliers’ Exhibition to be held August 1-3 in Omaha, Nebraska. The public will have a chance to try the entries beginning Wednesday, July 31 as they become the latest products available for purchase at Bucky’s Varsity Meats, open Monday-Friday 11 AM – 6 PM.
