Are you looking to purchase a turkey for Thanksgiving? Bucky’s Varsity Meats is accepting Thanksgiving turkey orders for pickup Monday, November 25 through Wednesday, November 27! Whole fresh turkeys are $3/pound and will be available in sizes between 12-24 pounds (sourced from Wolff’s Bellefontaine Farms in Belleville, Wisconsin). Varsity Meats will fulfill turkey weight order specifications upon availability.

In addition to fresh turkeys, Varsity Meats is offering hams (brined and smoked in-house from hogs sourced from the University of Wisconsin-Arlington Research Station). Hams will be available in half ham portions at $5/pound. Beyond turkey and ham, the store has a variety of fresh and processed meats in stock produced for the purposes of research, education, and outreach.

Bucky’s Varsity Meats’ retail store will be closed Thanksgiving Day (November 28) and Friday, November 29. They will reopen on Monday, December 2.
