A moment in time was captured as the last course, Animal Science 305 (Introduction to Meat Science and Technology), was taught in the Meat Science and Muscle Biology laboratory (MBL). This particular lab (porcine myology) occurred during the Spring 2020 semester and was taught by Dr. Jim Claus.
